As a member of our FOH team, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Provide exceptional and friendly service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Self-Serve Beer Wall Operation: Assist guests in using our state-of-the-art self-serve beer wall, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient pouring experience.
Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure all guest requests are met promptly and accurately.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our menu, including beer options, donuts, and other offerings, to provide recommendations and answer questions.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including busing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a neat appearance of the self-serve beer wall area.
Cash Handling: Accurately process payments and handle cash registers as needed.
Training: Attend and actively participate in training sessions to become proficient in all aspects of our unique operation.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a cohesive and efficient work environment.
